Ordering & Processing

How are orders processed?

  • We process all orders strictly in the order they are received. While same-day shipping can occasionally happen, we do not advertise turnaround times unless explicitly confirmed. Every order is processed in the order received and reviewed for accuracy before fulfillment.

Do you review order specifications?

  • Yes. We review and critique every single detail of every order. If our experts have any concerns or need clarification, we will halt and confirm the order details in full with you prior to manufacturing or fulfillment.

Can I change or cancel a custom order? 

  • Select products are highly complex, built-to-order, and require detailed specifications. Because these are built to your exact custom options, changes cannot be made once production begins.

Communication & Support

Can I call you?

  • No. We do not take phone calls. Our platform is built entirely on precise documentation and exact technical specifications, which are handled strictly over email.

What are your business hours?

  • We don't have a retail showroom and we don't keep standard hours. There are 24 hours in a day; sometimes we work the first half, sometimes the second half, and sometimes both. We typically operate Monday through Friday.

How fast do you respond to emails?

  • Our email is monitored by staff around the clock. Sometimes you will get an instant, live response. Other times, it may take up to 60 hours if you contact us over the weekend.

Pricing & Shipping

Do you match prices?

  • No. We do not match prices. We provide top-of-the-line, genuine components without gimmicks. Our prices match the caliber of the product—as they say, you get what you pay for.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • No. We are not Amazon, and we do not offer memberships or subscription services. Shipping is calculated fairly based on the gear you order.

Where are your products made?

  • We are proud to be an American business. We specify and supply premium products that are proudly Made in the USA. There may be some items that are exclusively imported, and we state that explicitly in those specific product descriptions.

Technical Support & Consulting

Do you provide suspension design or calculators?

  • No. Suspension tuning and design is entirely empirical—it requires real-world observation and hands-on testing, not spreadsheet guesswork. Because of this, we do not provide motion ratio, wheel frequency, spring, or coil bind calculators, nor do we offer visualizers.

Can you design my setup or tell me what to buy?

  • We do not provide free consulting, make final build decisions, or give blind recommendations. Source of Speed provides the information required to configure products accurately. Final suspension design decisions require hands-on evaluation and remain the responsibility of the customer or their suspension builder.

Why don't you recommend valving or spring rates?

  • Suspension tuning cannot be reduced to vehicle weight, list of modifications, or calculator. Driver preference, terrain, fabrication, suspension geometry, unsprung weight, motion ratio, wheel/tire construction, and intended use all influence the final setup. Any recommendation made without physically testing the vehicle would be an assumption, and assumptions are not engineering.

Do you offer in-person services?

  • We are an online B2B wholesale supplier and direct-to-consumer platform. We do not offer any in-person installations, garage services or tuning. We leave that hands-on execution to your local experts.
