Unless expressly stated otherwise, product images displayed by Source of Speed are digital renderings, digitally edited representations, or enhanced product imagery provided for identification, configuration, and illustrative purposes. Such images are intended to accurately represent the general design, configuration, components, and finish of the product; however, they are not a guarantee of exact physical appearance.
Actual products may vary slightly from digital representations in color, shade, tone, sheen, texture, surface appearance, machining characteristics, markings, and other cosmetic details. These differences may result from manufacturing processes, production batches, raw materials, finishing processes, lighting conditions, photography, image processing, or differences in computer, mobile device, and display settings.
Anodized, Cerakote, plated, polished, painted, machined, and other specialty finishes are particularly subject to reasonable variation. Anodized finishes may vary in shade, depth, saturation, reflectivity, or appearance between individual components and between production batches. Minor cosmetic variation of this nature is inherent to these manufacturing and finishing processes and does not constitute a defect.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the physical appearance of the delivered product may differ reasonably from its digital representation and that exact color or cosmetic matching is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Source of Speed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Source of Speed shall not be liable for claims, returns, damages, losses, or expenses arising solely from reasonable cosmetic or visual differences between a digital product representation and the delivered product.
This provision does not apply to shipping damage, manufacturing defects, an incorrect product, or a material deviation from the written product specifications or configuration ordered by the customer.
